Nepalese Cricket Team To Receive Their Halted Salary Of Two Long Years
Nepalese Cricket team will receive their salary that has been halted following an International Cricket Council ban on Cricket Association of Nepal(CAN) for the dispute to choose a new leader through the election. Recently, it has been known that the ICC has approved two years salary (2017 and 2018) to the players. The initiative is given to NSC(National Sports Council) to distribute and take over the charges in a good manner, said NSC’s secretary member Keshab Kumar Bista.
The ICC has categorized the players who will receive their salary, and the money received will be distributed by National Sports Council. The ICC categorization has three groups A, B, and C. Group A players have each entitled to a monthly salary of RS. 35,000, group B with RS.25,000 and group C with RS. 15000.
The only improvement over the time with the national team can be marked to the cricket nationals. Within the past few years, they have made Nepal knew widely and Nepalese players play in the International League too. Nepal has been a nation to play ODI, players are giving their best performance.
To constantly encourage the Nepali Cricket Team, its added height and benefit to the country as of now and more in the upcoming days, the government should provide them some incentives as a matter of pride and should increase resources for the players to develop and master their skills. The stadium is not up to the mark for the players to practice, there is no proper diet and nutrition for the players and main important matter to be focused on is to develop individual skills of personnel.
