Transfer Going Strong: Hazard Leaves Chelsea To Join Real Madrid
It’s amazing to see a player play for the team in his entire contract and its heart wrecking when the same player leaves the club following the transfer. So, the transfer season of the year leads to melancholy for one team and becomes a flood of happiness for the other. It’s like a rule- No player stays in a single team throughout his career, there are some exceptions.
This year’s melancholy for the Blues, Chelsea, and the flood of happiness to the to Real Madrid- Eden Hazard has been constantly being talked about the transfer from Chelsea to Real Madrid. Hazard’s contract expires in a year, Real Madrid’s bid to sign Eden Hazard for £88m. The confirmation is yet to be done and is expected to be in a few days.
Hazard reached 28 years and has scored 110 goals in 352 games for Chelsea after joining the club from French club Lille in 2012. With Hazard in this seven seasons at Chelsea, the club won the Premier League and Europa League twice, the FA Cup and League Cup. Hazard also won numerous other trophies and received an award for his achievements.
The days at the Chelsea were good and he learnt a lot from the club, Hazard, however, is not sad for this transfer rather he is happy and he believed Real Madrid to be the best clubs in the world a few years back.
“It is my dream since I was a kid. I was dreaming about this club,” he said when asked about a potential move.
But time has changed and he describes his move to the Bernabeu as a dream. Now he has not made his secret interest in moving to Real Madrid.
